2007 PDL Petition FormThe PDL Committee would like to invite deserving teams from qualified clubs to petition for inclusion in the U14 PDL leagues. This is being offered to offset the concerns of children being caught in a transition year for PDL and league play throughout the State. It is also being offered to encourage clubs that are adopting developmental standards to continue doing so.
